Ouray stay

The place was very clean and had everything that we needed for our short stay . Right in the middle of town we were able to walk where ever we needed to go. If you need a place to rest your head in beautiful Ouray I’d recommend this place most

Quiet suite in Ouray!!! We loved the very quiet area of town and all the current amenities. Well arranged and very clean. The addition of a patio or porch to sit out and enjoy the nice weather would be lovely.

Property had covered parking, and was in a great location , walking distance to all shops and eateries . Very clean and had all ameneties you need.

Beautifully restored on the inside. Very easy to get inside with keypad entry. Meticulously clean. Covered parking behind the building was very nice. It was a little confusing to find which property was ours. The address given was another unit facing the Main Street and our property was actually only accessible from the ally behind building. We ended up waking in on another guest . While it was not a problem for us, there is a set of stairs descending from the car port which luggage must be carried up and down.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a few questions during our stay and the host responded almost immediately each time. We actually extended our stay one night and they made it super easy for us. The location is perfect right off Main Street by all the restaurants and shops and there was even a covered parking space for us.

Ouray getaway

Great location plus a covered parking space! Checkin was a bit confusing but once in place was perfect for our weekend adventures as it is located right on Main Street. We walked everywhere.

Perfect space for couple

The studio apartment was perfect for our stay in Ouray. It was within walking distance to everything in town. Communication with the host was great as well. We discovered one evening that there was no iron and within an hour or so one was dropped off to us. We did not cook any meals but but loved the fact that we could walk anywhere for breakfast or dinner. In my opinion, this was a much better set up than staying at a hotel. As mentioned in other reviews, the water pressure in the shower was slightly an issue once or twice, but not enough to make us not return. We hope to be back in the future!

The place was clean, well supplied, cozy and pleasant to stay in.Suggestions: The hallway smelled like sewer occasionally. Fortunately, it did not waft into our unit. I called and notified the property owner, but did not received a response on how it was addressed. Also, the light switches were confusing, so labeling would be very helpful. It would also be nice if the overhead fans could be adjusted.But really, it was a great place to stay and well worth it.Thank you!Dave
