“They dont close windows so there are bugs in ur room”

“There was ample parking and the whole hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly. The only reason why I didn't rate it higher was that the breakfast wasn't worthy of 5 stars. Not to say that it wasn't a good breakfast, just not extraordinary. There were lots of options - yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, bagel, English muffin, pancakes, scrambled eggs, cheese omelet, sausage, bacon. Everything was cooked well. My critique is that hotel scrambled eggs are sort of weird.……

“The room was very clean. The bed was so comfortable. This hotel is exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. Also nice to stretch our legs for an easy walk through the park to Red Robin for dinner. ”

“It was just an OK stay being that we traveled 16 hours. Our bedding didn’t smell clean or fresh and the mattress had a dip which irritated our backs and the shower floor had a big hump in the center. We asked if we could get our rooms switched and all we were offered was to get our mattress flip. We stuck it out up to our departure. The good part of it was housekeeping was kind enough to switch out our bedding and clean our room.”

“My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. When I contacted the property to resolve the overpayment/double charge, I was told they had a new system and the issue would need to be escalated to the manager. There has been no contact from manager Kay to resolve the……

“Nasty Ants all over this place. Our room had ants all in it the Manager did nothing about it. Said it happens. ”

“This is an old hotel and needs updating. Communication needs a lot of improvement. I booked this hotel on expedia. The did not mention that the room I booked was not in the hotel building but instead was a motel room. I would not have booked it if I had known. When I asked for a room inside, they said they were full. In addition, the room had an odor. It seemed like cigarette smoke but might have been something else.
