「The listing clearly states: "Entire Home. 10 Bedrooms, 9 bathrooms." That is what we expected and what we paid for IN FULL IN ADVANCE. We arrived at the property and one of the 10 rooms we needed was already occupied by someone else... leaving us a room short. Contact with the host resulted in nothing but evasion and misplaced blame in our direction. Our experience here was unpleasant, unprofessional, and inexcusable. We will never book here again.」
