“The location is great for me . I take 3 to 4 business trips to the area a year . I always stay here . The stay is simple and easy . Their is 2 breakfast restaurants very close by . Other restaurants for lunch and dinner close by . The hotel is clean . Parking is easy . The beds are fine . No complaints ”

There was one other party here besides me so it was very quiet (even being right next to the office) My only concern, it was REALLY warm in that room and I had no idea how to turn it down? “There is no cleaning service at all, even if you have to pay for it before we arrived there. Since there was an apartment unit for rent online, we were expecting to stay in an apartment. We reserved online an individual unit - not a motel room. Manager gave us a motel room 😡. We had to deal with really stubborn drinkers, disrespectful and ignorant people there during our stay at night. They were drinking, destroying the property, partying and fighting after midnight every night. When we……

“Close to downtown which was nice -- no morning coffee - no pop machines, stale donuts on one morning we stayed there. Had to ask for toilet paper and extra towels. When we arrived the staff person had a note posted on the door that she was gone until 6 pm - so we had to burn up two hours before we could even check in. Disappointing. The room was clean and liked that we had a microwave and fridge. ”

“Pros: Good amount of space. Comfy beds Awesome den. Cons: there is only 1 wall air conditioning unit in the house located in the dining room. The 2 upstairs bedrooms got very hot and the only option was to open windows and use the fan (this helped but was still entirely too hot for my comfort). The temps were mild while we were there (low 80's) but it was very hot upstairs. If you are heat sensitive and/or expecting hot temps do not plan on using the 2 upstairs bedrooms. Also, it is 35-40……

“Wanted somewhere not too far away but far enough to have some piece and quite. This was the right place. We had a cookout and visited the Dells (20) minutes away. This spot is IDEAL for a family that wants to spend a couple days in the Dells without having to eat out and stay in a hotel. Great spot and affordable . We enjoyed our time there. Owners were very nice and helpful. Would recommend it’s not big but it’s nice and can sleep 6 with no problems”
