“From the moment we arrived at Studio Z Hotel in St. Robert, Missouri, the customer service was outstanding. The evening front desk representative checked us in quickly with a warm smile and took the time to explain hotel amenities, breakfast hours, and directions to the nearby military base. She even thoughtfully warned us that it’s a small town and many restaurants close early, which helped us grab dinner in time after a long day of travel.
