“Hotel incrível! Tivemos um problema com nosso voo e chegamos muito mais cedo do que o esperado. Falamos com o Harold Tom, que conseguiu um checkin antecipado para nós e nos ajudou muito. Toda a equipe do hotel foi super atenciosa, ficamos muito gratos! O hotel tem uma localização ótima - próximo a mercados, restaurantes e fast foods, e ao ponto de ônibus que leva direto para o centro. Ao lado do nosso quarto tinha uma cozinha que podíamos usar, foi muito prático. Ficamos encantados com o hotel!”

“Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental Muscat was exceptional — it’s a special hotel that perfectly combines understated luxury with genuine warmth. The rooms are stunning — beautifully designed, with the most comfortable beds and lovely products. “This was my 2nd stay at Al-Madinah. Again it is off the beaten path in a construction contractor area. Then again Muscat does not have an entertainment area of bars, discos, restaurants like other countries. Thus with the exception of the mall hotels few to nothing is walkable. This hotel give a great price for those of you who already have malls at home, so the mall hotels are really not special to you. The only persistent issue is one of the South Asian front desk workers (this is not singling……

“Well all reviews mention poor condition, but you should declare your most sincere experience for what you are paying and what you expect. I have stayed many 5* hotels but this furnished 2BHK apartment is excellent value for money, clean, good wifi, room service, clean toilets close proximity to shopping malls, restaurants surrounding etc. people should be realistic for what they pay &what they expect rather criticize otherwise. To me it was best stay with big family on holidays to muscat,……

“We arrived after a late night flight. The staff was very friendly professional and accommodating with our late arrival request. The hotel itself was in a quiet area, pool access and beach access with a walkable trail. The room was clean and cleaning staff always provided good service and requests. The breakfast menu was great with healthy options. Shabnam was very accommodating with our breakfast request every day during our 6 night stay. Thank you for the help and being kind and professional.……
