“Your building manager is much much more than the title implies. The service from Mike and Cassandra went way above and beyond what people would expect more like a personal concierge the room was exceptional, clean neat and tidy. This is a little gem of a place in an otherwise sea of customer service people have forgotten.”

“I’ve stayed at this place many times since 2021, and it’s become one of my favorite spots in San Francisco. Free parking in downtown SF? That’s a real luxury!
The staff are super friendly, and the self-service machines and shared spaces are really convenient and well-kept. It's easy and safe to get to all the classic SF landmarks from here — perfect location!
