We were treated so nicely by the staff from the front desk to security. This hotel has three swimming pools and a private beach. The location is fantastic and you can see the hotel for me anywhere, so you never get lost! We will definitely be back. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Acapulco. "

"All the staff were helpful and friendly. The whole place was spotless. The buffet had a lot of variety of food and I loved the ice cream and coffee shop easy access. It was great to have the staff walk around and deliver popsicles and fruit/veggie cups around the pools in the afternoon. Not being able to make dinner reservations on line was annoying. Beds are firm and bedding was very nice. "
