Weekend Stay

Overall good time. Didn’t know how to contact management and supercharger didn’t work. Floors were dirty but aside from those few minor things, the house was as advertised, close to the beach and small town walking distance & the stove was marvelous.

A super comfortable and clean house. 3 full bathrooms is a definite plus. Everything was very clean. Short walk to the beach. Kitchen was fully equipped. Would highly recommend this house!

Very pleasant stay

The location is close to everything you need from golf to the surrounding restaurants and not to mention you’re within a few minutes to the beach. The place was as advertised definitely a very comfortable stay and very attentive hosts we will be back for sure :)

Wonderful house, nice neighborhood

We had a wonderful experience, house was well equipped and very comfortable. It was also walking distance to beach. Will definitely keep this as a go to place for future visits.

Traveling for work, while family relaxes

The house is very comfortable and was really clean. Host is always responsive and attentive. We have stayed in a few of their properties. Beds are extremely comfortable, firm but supportive. High in details is a nice touch. Overall I would recommend this property for families or a couple.

Great place for family get together

The house layout was perfect for our week together with our kids and grandkids. Our comfortable king bed was on main level and our kids and grandkids were on second floor. The house had plenty of space. It was clean and the property managers were very quick in responding to our needs. The area is eclectic but close to the ocean and easy to get into San Francisco. We enjoyed our stay.

Very good and clean inside. Very good stock of necessary stuff like cooking oils, coffee, utensils. Very good towels, shampoos etc. Front and back yards needed to be maintained.

Great beach house in Pacifica

Property was spotless with nice appliances and comfortable beds. 3 full bathrooms! Communication was prompt- within 30 minutes when we had questions. Quiet neighborhood. 5 minute walk to the beach. Our family enjoyed our stay!

The property was very spacious, conveniently located near the expressway and located close to the beach. One shower didn't work but me and my guest were able to manage with only two showers. One suggestion, televisions in each bedroom

Pacifica is great when you have a nice place to stay!

We LOVED this house. Very clean and the rooms were spread out with plenty of bathrooms and showers. The dining area and kitchen were our main gathering spots and we had a lot of fun. The house is only a couple blocks from the beach and we found a lot of coffee shops, bakeries, hiking trails, and cute stores to explore. There is only one TV (in living room) but we didn't mind as we were having fun. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice Place, But Inaccurate Description

* Sleeps 8, not 10 - There are only 4 beds (2- king and 2- queen), and there aren’t other sleeping accommodations.* Main Bathroom Shower Doesn’t Work - I read this on a previous review and assumed it had been fixed, but it was still not working. Only 2 showers (both in private bedrooms).* Only 1 TV, but an additional Would be nice so the kids could watch their show in one location and adults in the other.Other than these things, everything worked great, and was pretty clean!

Pros:The house was very clean; well supplied with household products, dinnerware, towels, and bath products; spacious bedrooms; plenty of closet space; nice modern kitchen and lots of counter space;well furnished dinning area and TV/gather room, adequate two vehicle parking on driveway, good location, and short walking distance to the beach.Cons:There is NO central air conditioning. Vrbo ad shows air conditioning. I can manually set the heat temp all the way down to 50 degrees on the Google Nest thermostat but every late evening/early morning the heat would auto increase to the mid to high 70’s. The refrigerator would not cool food adequately, and I wasn’t unable to reduce the cooling temperature. Our leftover food had mold within a day in the refrigerator. Refrigerator cool temp was set at 34 degrees but it didn’t feel like the refrigerator chilled food or drinks properly at 34 degrees. The Moen shower controller in the guest bathroom had NO power to turn the water on. Tried many combinations in pressing buttons to reset the Moen controller to turn on with no success. When I contacted the host that the Moen shower controller had no power and won’t operate, I received a message back from the host with a YouTube video instructions on how to operate and turn on the Moen controller but the issue is the Moen controller had NO power and instructions assumed there is power to the controller for you to turn water on with pressing a couple of buttons but the display shows blank.

Great house, but…

Nous étions en voyage d’affaires et un cinquième collègue s’est ajouté à quelques jours de notre départ. La maison est annoncée comme pouvant coucher 10 personnes, donc j’ai assumé qu’il y avait au moi s 5 lits (2 personnes par lit). Il y avait 4 chambres dans la description de la maison, alors quand je me suis renseigné où se trouvait le cinquième lit, on m’a répondu qu’il n’y en avait pas. Lorsque je me suis renseigné de l’endroit où devait coucher les personnes 9 et 10 tel que mentionné dans l’annonce de la maison, on m’a répondu qu’il y avait 2 lits « King » et qu’on pouvait coucher 3 personnes dans ces 2 lits donc il était vraiment possible de coucher 10 personnes. Nous sommes ouverts d’esprit mais peut-être pas au même niveau que les Californiens. Bonne journée!

Great for work and play

We stayed for a couple of weeks and worked and took vacation time. The house was perfect for our family of 5. Desks where we needed them, good wifi, super clean. The Marbella team was super responsive to all questions. Loved the location, basically 20 min to the airport and to many places in SF and a 3 min walk to the beach. Beautiful trail. We’d love to stay again in the future.

Lovely Home for a Week

The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had most everything we needed for cooking several dinners for six adults and two children. Communication with the manager was excellent. Our only issue was that the first night we were warm and didn't understand that AC is atypical in the Bay area, but when we called, the manager provided us with a tower fan for each bedroom, which worked well. At first we were concerned that opening the window--with no screens--would let bugs and even birds into the house, but that didn't happen. We enjoyed our stay!

Close to everything Beach, SF, Half Moon Bay, Ariport

Great location. Beautiful home. Very clean. Quiet. We lived in the Bay for over 30 years. This house had no ceiling fans. Made for stuffy nights since it was BEAUTIFUL weather. Just warmer than normal. Usually you open a window but we had a small heat wave so it wasn't much help. Aside from that..LIVED THE PLACE. WOULD RENT AGAIN!!!!
