When we were there was a renovation and multiple rooms were ready but still did not let us live in it. We thought dinner was going to make it up for us but we waited one hour and fifteen minutes for the food. But Brenden was very nice.

The place was not updated. carpet in the building we were in was dirty, not vacuumed. Bedroom carpet looked old. Beds and linens were nice and comfortable. the Breakfast looked good but we elected to purchase our coffee at the barista stand and it took a long time for us to even get regular non-specialty coffee from her. Very slow service.

We stayed at the Resort off-season so very few amenities were operating. We loved the scenery and the quiet while being close to other sights and Page. We look forward to a return trip when we can share it all with our family.

I will come back to this resort even if I haven’t rated it as high purely because of its location - right on Lake Powell. Stayed there twice. It needs updating in multiple ways but in other ways it’s beautiful. Shower roof paint chipping and the entertainment center in poor condition. Our a/c wasn’t working and they sent a repair person who didn’t fix it and couldn’t speak English enough to say whether it was fixed or not. They did give us a nearby room where a/c worked great. Constant fan wonderful white noise. The grounds are pretty. Hot tub was hot. Pool not heated. Driftwood Lounge decent selection of food. We didn’t go to the other restaurant. Don’t stay at other Page hotels. Go for the experience of being on the lake and get lake view room even if lake is low.

Beautiful view from our room . Rooms were clean . Grounds were very nice. Had difficulty with stairs as there is no elevators. Our rooms ground floor were not ready so we had to take one 2nd floor. They were short on help. Not great for seniors with bad hips. Gift shop was closed. One place to get food was closed till 5 pm dinner time.

Lake Powell Resort was a beautiful place to stay and made for a great weekend getaway. The scenery around the resort is stunning, and the location is excellent, close to Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, the national park, and several scenic viewpoints. I appreciated having on-site dining options, and the food itself was good. My only concerns were that breakfast felt a bit overpriced especially for kids, and the restaurant open during the off-season seemed very short-staffed, which made the wait for food quite long. We also had a bathtub drainage issue during our stay. It drained very slowly the second night and not at all by the third night. Since we were leaving the next morning, it was not a major issue, but it was still inconvenient. Overall, it was a very nice stay in a beautiful setting, and I would still recommend it.

It is a gorgeous location. Close to many hikes and a short drive up downtown. Only problem was it lists 5 restaurants within walking distance but those are all on site and all but a coffee wand one restaurant were closed for the season in mid March.

The check-in staff was not necessarily rude but very disinterested and unwelcoming. The rooms had no sound barrier. We could hear everything that was going on in the halls and surrounding rooms making it difficult to sleep. I would not stay here in the future or recommend it to anyone
