「We stayed at the 1 bedroom suite. It was perfect for a couple like us on a short stay. The view is second to none looking out North of Paihia across to Russell. You can watch the boats, ferries and yachts from the deck as well as from inside the suite. There is no oven, however there are 2 hobs to cook on. The entire unit is pristine and represents excellent value for money.」

「Wonderful place to stay, with extra touches to make our stay special.
Accommodation was clean and comfortable with plenty of space, with a balcony offering beautiful views over Bay of Islands. Excellent location for getting to quay fir boat and ferry trips and within walking distance of Waitangi Treaty Grounds. (Although the steep walk back up hill after a day out is quite tough...but view was worth it).

「Nice location between the shops and Waitangi Treaty Grounds. I was able to walk into town for groceries in just a few minutes - it's a lovely walk too, just above the shore. The ferry to Russell and Oteihei Bay is right there as well. There's a park with a playground at the end of the street. Paihia Apartments have a washer and dryer in the garage, plus a small kitchen. The owners are friendly. We enjoyed our stay. 」

「What a lovely setting. So quiet & peaceful, beautiful views, lots of amazing bird life in the subtropical gardens. We loved sitting on the deck with sundowners and walking through the garden & woods down to the beach. Just a special place to be. We were made to feel very welcome. Thank you.」

「Comfortable studio two blocks up from the center of town. My wife and I are in our 80's, and walked to the ferry to Russell, shuttle to Waitangi and the Inter-City bus to Auckland.Our host made sure we were comfortable and safe during Cyclone Tim. We ate excellent, interesting food at 4 of the many restaurants on the wharf, main street and one on Williams Rd... a short distance from the studio. 「Wow! What a view from the balcony! It was amazing to arrive in time to see the sun going down over the water. We were met by Jane who showed us around the property, recommended some trips for our short stay, places to eat and walks - all were excellent suggestions. The Loft was incredibly well kitted out - tea, coffee etc, a cold beer on arrival, bathroom lotions, games, books… The morning kayak trip was fitted into a busy itinerary & much enjoyed. Jane kept in regular contact and helped out...
