“Cozy and comfortable. Morden facility with quiet neighborhood. For transportation a bit far from main island but Ferry 3 go straight to Ple Roma in 15mins while Ferry 4.1/4.2 takes 1 hour from San Marco. And 4.2 runs from morning from midnight about 22:00 so no need to worry about transportation too much.”

“Was very quiet and away from the bustle of the town. Welcomed the experience having the sea to look at all day. Host Antonia is just the warmest host, although no English but kindness translates across all. ”

“Communication from IIlaria was great, room was perfect for what we wanted- there was no mini fridge or fridge in common area, which would have been nice to have for drinks &snacks. The location was great, water taxis few minutes walk, even walking to tourist attractions was 10-20mins max…we got off the water taxi and had 5 minute walk.. The neighbourhood was very nice and relaxing , with lots of cafe bars, and amenities very close at hand. The only other thing I would mention is there is no……

“Marco and Alessandra are very nice and offered lots of useful infomations. This appartment is quite large, including a bedroom and a dining hall with comfortable sofa. Breakfast is offered in the balcony garden with good view, where we had good chat. Also, the location is close to main ports both to the airport and the islands.”

“Posizione molto comoda per visitare sia la città, leggermente al di fuori dei grandi flussi turistici ma comunque vicina alle principali attrazioni, sia per prendere il traghetto verso Murano e Burano. Struttura antica e suggestiva, recentemente rinnovata, con camere semplici ma dotate di tutto il necessario, bollitore incluso. Il bagno in particolare è nuovo di zecca, con ottima doccia. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo, soprattutto in bassa stagione. Un indirizzo da scoprire e ricordare!”

“Very clean, good sunshine, quiet, good sound insulation, you won't hear the sound next door. We stayed for 8 days and slept very well at night. The owner is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. It is very close to the pier and the big supermarket. We took a boat from the airport and we were there in no time. It's not far from the Venice Biennale or from shopping, it's a comfortable distance.”
