“Excellent location. Our room was ok, the water pump in the utility room below us went off every 5 mins (sounded like a city bus trying to hear up, then stop again). Didn’t make for a good sleep for the 4 nights we were there but the room was clean and the staff was excellent. I would not recommend staying in room 22. ”

“The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues……

The property is clean and quiet and close enough to walk to the center of town and the train station. St. Mark's Square is a little further out but easily reachable by water taxi, water bus or a 30 min walk..”
