“Pros: -Alessandra and her team were fantastic. She greeted us warmly, sat us down with a map of the entire city and gave us a rundown of things to see (and things to avoid). On our last day my wife and I had an early train to Naples so we weren’t able to make breakfast. So the staff put sandwiches and snacks in our fridge so we could take them on the train. -The location was tough to beat. It’s right on the Grand Canal with their own semi-private dock to soak in the environment and take……

“The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. Some recommendations for improvements including providing more racks or hooks within the room for hanging towels, guide to using the switches as these were some minor issues……

“nice quiet location , close to water bus and not far from water taxi to end from airport . close to grocery store and fruit market and close enough to st marks square but away from crowds. ”
