Dear Elvio,thank you for your feedback. We try to get in touch with all our guests to provide the info needed to access the b&b before arrival. Our reception closes at 1pm, but the rooms are accessible 24/7 by self-check-in. As far as your arrival is concerned, we were at the front desk and helped you with the luggage too. We're glad you've appreciated the room and the shower, as well as the location which is very central. If you wanted the pillow changed, you could have asked and we would have provided a different one. All our pillows are top quality memory foam, but we understand everybody has a preference. Dear Juan,thank you for your review and for appreciating our central location and our staff.The room you've booked is at the back of the building so it's very quiet and perfect for light sleepers. If you need more light we recommend booking a Superior with a balcony. As far as the AC is concerned, it's been replaced with a new one this year, so it does work properly. The issue was that the mode you put it on was "heating" so it did not refresh the room.
