Truly awful communication

We had to spend over an hour trying to get access to the property - texting various whatsapp numbers and calling Italian numbers to get the right code (we haven't got our phone bills back yet but I'm sure that will be expensive). Various questions on Vrbo went unanswered. The representative on whatsapp said "You are not coming anymore , correct ?" while we already in the property. It was laughable.The apartment itself is fine. They're the kind of company that dresses up the apartment to look fantastic in photos - but it's pretty mediocre in reality.

Die Lage des Apartments ist einfach bestens, man ist mitten in der Altstadt, kein Lärm, alles easy fußläufig erreichbar.Die Dachterrasse ist ein großer Vorteil, man kann hier gemütlich und angeschieden chillen.Das Apartment selbst hat eine angenehme Größe. Die Sauberkeit, insbesondere des Bades lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wenn das Bad renoviert werden würde, würde ich nicht zögern, das Apartment wieder zu buchen.Der extrem stinkende Müll der von einem Gast noch auf dem Balkon zu finden war, wurde nach genauem Bericht weggeräumt.Palermo ist definitiv eine längere Reisedauer wert, denn der Vibe dieser Stadt ist etwas ganz Besonderes, das kriegt man mit ein paar Tagen nicht so mit.Besonderes. wieder zu buchensofort wiPersonen, vor

Vacances de rêve

J’ai passé d’excellents vacances et l’appartement était très joli identique aux photos heureusement qu’il y avait des crimes dans le salon ainsi que dans la chambre, car avec la chaleur de Palerme, cela était primordial je trouve que l’appartement est bien situé. Il est vraiment dans le centre historique de Palerme. On est vraiment près de tout et il y a des boutiques à proximité pour récupérer les choses lors de mon arrivée. J’ai passé d’excellentes vacances en Sicile.
