「The property was clean and had everything we needed. We didn't locate the pool towels in the hall closet. We contacted the host and they were able to deliver more pool towels for us the following evening. Unfortunately, it was too late and too rainy for us to use them at that point, but we appreciate them trying to accommodate. Check in and check out went smoothly.」

「Absolutely beautiful home, will be coming again :)」

「We loved this spot! Adorable and very clean little house with a well-kept yard and nice deck and grilling area out back to enjoy outdoor meals. The neighborhood is a quiet area with mostly much older (but kept up or remodeled - NOT rundown) homes right along the river, which you can see from the yard and is a 2min or less walk from the house. Very close to downtown Melbourne and a short drive to everything. Very comfortable all the way around and at such a great price! We would absolutely...

「It was very clean and minutes away from down town , great location and the right size for us. Very clean and easy to enter and park , thank you for a great week and HAPPY 250!!」

「My parents and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. It was clean and well-stocked. The home is just as it appears in the pics. Very relaxing place to stay. Will definitely stay here again and most definitely recommend to others!」

「My entire family was absolutely so pleased with this property! It was clean, cute, had all the basics you’d need, and is in a great location. It is a pet friendly place and the dining room/sun room does have a pet smell. Also, the backyard is not fully fenced in - so do not just let your dogs out! The hosts were hands down the most communicative hosts I’ve ever dealt with. They were so quick to respond, accommodated my early arrival, and gave me local suggestions for things to do and places to...

「There were minor things like weeds growing on the cracks of the drive and backyard; the lawn could have been freshly cut and the pool vacuumed prior to our arrival, and finally, there was an odd smell (not terrible) that we could not figure out where it was coming from. We contacted the management company and the person who showed up said she could not smell anything. Finally, two bathrooms for a house advertised for a house that sleeps eight, was not very convenient. Having said that, that...
