All you can ask for

Very clean inside and had sufficient fans to handle the outside heat. Very nice backyard including great setup for dogs. Close to town and to the interstate.

Outside appearance

I would fire the gardener! Both the pool and border fence were high with weeds as well as the flower beds. All the gutters were full of pine needles and stopped up. When you were outside when it would rain the gutters would pour down water on you because of blockage. Several shingles loose on the roof. Past guests did not clean up dog poo in the yard. The inside of the house was immaculate and beautiful! I would stay again but the outside needed some work.

Great family spot!

The inside of the home was very clean and accommodated our entire family and extended family. Taylor was super accommodating getting us a pack-n-play for our stay so we didn’t have to travel with one. Any issues were quickly addressed. The location is close to anything you would need and a short drive to other towns you may want to visit. My sister and her family are moving to palm coast, so if we are in town again and needing a place to stay, we would use again. Thanks for opening your home to us!

Not what I expected...

Home looked like it wasn't cleaned. Pool was very dirty, grille was unusable, no extra linen or towels, rooms where very hot, bathroom was super outdated. Neighborhood didn't seem that safe. Owner had all these rules which was ridiculous, next time I would rent a condo by the beach. Not impressed at all.
