  • Getaway with friends and family and escape the everyday in this luxury Palm Springs home located in the quiet, upscale neighborhood of Twin Palms. Spacious and sophisticated, this mid-century modern home was originally built in 1957 and has been newly updated and transformed into a contemporary masterpiece in 2016 - a harmonious blend of architectural splendor and modern luxury. In the main house, you will find that the living room offers comfortable seating and media options to please the whole family, as a 50-inch TV with cable and DVD player are at your disposal when you are not busy soaking up the sunshine out by the pool. The attached dining room provides stylish seating for up to eight guests and gorgeous views of the sparkling pool and soaring palm trees. You and your guests will greatly appreciate the generous room sizes in the very open and inviting floor plan - perfectly suited for distinctive entertaining. The fully equipped modern chef's kitchen features slab granite countertops, stainless steel Bosch appliances, a gas range, wine cooler, and all of the utensils you will need to prepare delicious meals for friends and family after a full day of adventure!

    WHAT'S NEARBY This Palm Springs Alexander is located in a great neighborhood of mid-century modern and ranch homes, and is a very short walk to the Ace Hotel, Koffi, Saguaro Hotel, and the free Palm Springs BUZZ bus, connecting you to all of the hip and trendy downtown shops, galleries, and restaurants, without using a car. Simply head down Palm Canyon Drive for a day in downtown or put on your hiking shoes and make your way to Tahquitz Canyon! For even more fun, take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway sitting in North Palm Springs!

    THINGS TO KNOW
    ​​​​​​​-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
    -The utility deposit is $1,500 for 28 nights with $375 added for each additional week the guest stays.

    • Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out before arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at this beautiful home. It has a very cool retro vibe and all the furnishings and decor are in mid century modern style and everything looks fantastic. Lovely spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Nice quality linens and towels. Really well equipped kitchen with plenty of plates and cups and glasses, so it’s hard to run out. Much appreciated, as many rentals have barely enough to go round. This is a great house for a relaxing vacation with friends and family. We were in Palm Springs for a wedding weekend and we loved lounging here in the downtime between events. It’s an easy walk to Villa Royale and Mr Lyons. I would highly recommend this property and we loved staying here. My only negative was that I found communication with the property agents quite difficult and luckily we had no emergencies that required a rapid response. However, there had been a recent change in management company, and I am sure that this issue will be resolved once the transition period is over.

Wonderful home

Had an amazing time here for a belated birthday trip! Very spacious house, lovely pool, and perfect decor to accent the architecture (and personally obsessed with the framed vintage photos throughout the house!) Amazing customer service at checkin and when I called on arrival. Had an issue with the lock box to get the keys and was quickly assisted over the phone! The grill wasn’t working despite being connected to gas, but wasn’t a huge issue to cook on the stove instead. Would definitely stay again, and would move in tomorrow if I could!

Great Stay

A group of us stayed here for a weekend to relax and unwind. The house was great. It's in a quiet neighbourhood and within walking distance to some nice little coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The house itself was spacious and just like the pictures shown. There was 8 of us and we never felt crowded. The kitchen was fully equipped. We cooked a lot and felt it had everything we needed. Overall, it was a great place and everyone had a lovely weekend. Thank you!

Spacious Mid Century Oasis in Palm Springs

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful spacious house in Palm Springs. The house has everything one might need for cooking and dining and playing in the pool. Spacious setup with lots of places to sit and relax, we were 8 people (3 grandparents, 2 parents, 3 kids ages 9-18) and we had plenty of space in the house. Pictures are accurate. House was a 10/10 for us. Neighborhood is safe and quite, and close to Palm Springs downtown, several supermarkets, restaurants, and hiking. We would definitely stay again if we go to PS. Our only gripe is with Vacasa that manages the house. Check in instructions and e-mails before the stay were ambiguous and we did not get the pool heated because we asked too late due to the unclear e-mail instructions and they were not going to heat the pool after we were there.

Perfect Vacation Home

WE LOVED THIS HOUSE! Beautiful mid century decor, great size pool, stocked kitchen supplies, ping pong table, corn hole, gorgeous view of sunset, cozy/comfy beds and awesome BBQ. The fire pit wasn’t working but the property manager compensated us by removing guest service fees. The only downfall to this property is the neighborhood - they have extremely strict noise laws. Absolutely zero music can be played outside at anytime... not even from your phone. We had neighborhood watch officers come to the house twice to give us warnings when we had music playing indoors even... SO if you’re ok with no music outside then this place is for you. Other than that, it was the perfect getaway. Thank you!

A bit disappointed but overall ok

Property size and layout was good for extended family coming together for a vacation . We were disappointed in a few things. There’s an additional $150/day charge to heat the hot tub. The faucet to the sink in the MIL suite was broken upon arrival and there was no cable or satellite connected to the tv so our young kids couldn’t watch cartoons when they woke up earlier than everyone else. (What’s the point of a tv in there at all?). The carpet in the MIL suite was stained and just looked pretty used up. There are no extra sheets available. It was doable for our trip but it wasn’t anything luxurious and I wouldn’t return.
