“We loved the place. It was like having a hotel suite but without the high price, parking hassle. and hustle and bustle. The neighborhood was very quiet, walkable and convenient. The space was very quiet, comfortable and clean. The host was incredibly hospitable and responsive. He made sure we had all we needed.”

Very close great food and activities- very conveniently located. The unit was very well taken care of- I would highly recommend”

“We were in town for a show at Legacy Arena and decided on this property and so glad that we did. It was just as advertised, if not better. Loved the location, walking distance to a couple of restaurants, a delicious bakery, and gelato. We even walked back from Legacy after the show. A decent walk but certainly doable. Beware if you don't like stairs, it is one the third floor, but this may be the only drawback. We look forward to staying here again the next time we are in Birmingham.”

“My daughter did an internship for 8 weeks and stayed here. I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Host was always available quickly when I had a question. Location was great as it looked over a golf course. It was a safe area on a dead end street so no traffic other than the ones living there. Only one hiccup wherein the temperatures got down into the teens one week and the heat semi went out. Host was quickly repairing it and even brought a space heater for added warmth. My daughter was so……

“Great little, quite space, for 2. We were very thankful for everything provided. Coffee, Coffee Maker, body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Great lighting on the parking lot. My only suggestion would be a little better parking lot and walkway to the rooms. If you are coming to stay a few days… rough getting to rooms with a lot of luggage”

“The property was perfect for my needs. In Bham while my mother had kidney transplant. So close to UAB and where she was staying. Apartment had all amenities needed, including washer/dryer. The only thing the property needs is to redo the parking area. That is an eyesore and really detracts from the building which is very well maintained. Loose gravel also dangerous. Otherwise, property is excellent, quiet, and clean. Excellent host communication as well. I have already booked another stay.”

“We couldn’t have asked for any better for our long weekend in Birmingham! Jeanette and Chris thought of everything with no detail left undone. Water bottles, a variety of coffee, snacks, toiletries and even cinnamon rolls! The condo was immaculately decorated and extremely comfortable. We loved relaxing in the sunny room on the front and our teen loved having her own room. Everything was extremely clean and the neighborhood was safe and quiet.
