“Our stay was truly delightful! The interior was absolutely gorgeous, just as pictured. We felt like we were being spoiled with every detail. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it a breeze to prepare our Easter dinner. While the neighborhood initially seemed a bit worrisome upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by how safe and secure we felt throughout our stay. When we arrived (the door was not locked) residence was trashed--garbage everywhere. Nothing cleaned. No one in site. “The property could not be opened when I arrived. I was asked to break in using a side entrance. When I entered the property, it was clear that this was far from the "luxury" property that it was described as at the time of the booking. The furniture is old, the bedding damp, and the overall sense is far from luxury. I left after 5 minutes and when I asked for even a partial refund, this was denied.
