"Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again.
A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu.
It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants.
The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

"We stayed at The Sweet Lake Resort for two weeks at the beginning of November 2025 and had a wonderful experience.
• Location: The resort is set back from a quiet road in Arambol, so there was no street noise. Arambol beach is just a 3‑minute walk through the back gate—though note the route carefully, as signage is limited and we got lost the first time.
• Rooms: Spacious, clean, and airy, with huge comfortable beds, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in both the main room and shower room. Our...

"The Woodpegger was just what I needed with the amazing oceanfront view! The hospitality was above and beyond, making sure my stay was delightful; this goes from the checking in, my room attendance during and the amazing staff at the very convenient restaurant! I will definitely be staying here when I come back to Goa!"

"Pleasant hotel but unless you are attending a wedding then little peace and quiet is to be had for the hotel is predominantly geared towards functions and large wedding parties, This results in the beach and water being rammed with jet skis and groups queuing to ride on banana boats. The resultant daily noice from the boats and jet skis together with the stench of petrol and the fim of benzene on the water makes it nigh impossible during the day to avail yourselves of the beach. There were several nice pools as an alternative . Prices of food and drink were VERY expensive compared with all other establishments around in Panjim .The Heritage section where we stayed was pleasant but at times mobbed with wedding arrivals, All very colourful, but clearly not for a tourist wanting to relax for at times it was mayhem "
"Lovely hotel with great staff. Abeer made us feel welcome. The servers at breakfast were utmost helpful, pleasant, accommodating and humble.
During our stay there was a conference and even a wedding. There was some noise and the breakfast was hectic, nevertheless we absolutely loved our stay. The rooms were perfect. The beds were huge. And the pool was lovely. Unfortunately the foodservice at the pool takes very long. That could have been better, maybe the pool should get their own kitchen, that might help.
My family and I loved our stay. Thank you all."
"Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early and late. The pool on the top floor is fantastic and the lifeguard on duty was brilliant.
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
Breakfast was amazing with so much choice"
"Beautiful resort with luxurious buildings to roam and relax in. Room was very clean, staff (especially Vijay from the resort centre) were exceptionally attentive. The pool was a good temperature, and there were multiple sections and seating areas. There's even a shopping area within the resort!
Multiple restaurants with a different cuisine meant we didn't eat the same meal twice during our 2 day stay!"
"The staff at the reception (Supriya, Dipti and Aman) were extremely hostile and did absolutely nothing for our early check-in request.
Infact they did not give us the room at 2 pm also which was the promised time. This added to our troubles.
The checkin was a nightmare especially because of rude unprofessional and hostile behaviour of Supriya Baghi. She should be fired immediately if you really want to save the Taj brand faith.
The lazy staff even went to extent of asking us to leave and check in another hotel. This is Unacceptable.
I will never ever stay at a Taj property again. "
"Was really excited to stay at this property
Unfortunately due to the current situation my flight got cancelled and the one I rebooked also got cancelled
I tried calling and messaging to explain this
Before this happened the st Regis team was very responsive and suggesting lots of stuff
As soon as I explained what happened I have had no response no refund nothing
Am extremely disappointed as I wanted to rebook to stay here in the future but after this I will not do so
Clearly they only pretend to care when you book and as soon as a problem arises they cannot even be bothered to even respond
Extremely disappointed "
ITC Grand Goa, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Goa
4/10 Poor
" We have been staying at this property since its Hyatt days, which makes this February visit even more disappointing.
Four families travelled from different cities to celebrate an 80th birthday. Despite sharing all booking details in advance, there were repeated lapses. I received an incorrect airport pickup call meant for another guest, and the response from the front office was a routine, mechanical apology with no ownership.
More seriously, although all four rooms were booked under my ID and secured with my credit card, the staff asked my father-in-law and sister-in-law for their cards and charged ₹50,000 to my sister-in-law without authorisation. Even after raising the issue, the amount has not been reversed 12 days later.
On checkout, I was again asked about collecting payments from others, forcing me to settle everything myself to avoid further confusion.
The property is lovely, but the front office operations are deeply disappointing. A milestone family celebration was overshadowed by preventable errors and poor handling."
