We love being in Rosemary Beach. The pool was great for the kids. The home is not new by any means but, that didn’t bother us. A few things about our stay:1.) The ceiling of the master shower had black mold spots. 2.) The AC on the main floor was not working (reached 85 degrees inside the property) but, on the third day of our stay it was fixed. 3.) The third floor bathroom had red stains on the floor tile that was covered up by a trash can. Being on the boardwalk to get straight to the beach and being inside Rosemary Beach city limits “overlooks” the list of issues of the property.
