“The place was super cute and comfy!! We love it and it’s literally walking distance to quite a few shops, restaurants etc. it was a bit chilly when we visited so we loved the hot tub. The area is gorgeous! ”

“So pleased with this property, more like a hotel than air bn&b. Toilet paper and soap in every bathroom. We had plenty of trash bags and even laundry pods. Our last rental in this park we were at the grocery store within the first day for supplies. The front door is electronic with a code, so much easier than keeping up with a key. Decor was up to date and appliances galore even though we ate out most of the stay, I would definitely recommend and plan to return in the future. ”

“Very clean. Lots of extras (cleaning supplies, laundry/dish detergent). Minimal negative that some of the finishes are worn, pillows are useless (flat). But really; might be the best VRBO we’ve rented. Location is perfect. Host could not have been more accommodating (I had booked the wrong week initially). Host was quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this one (or any of the host’s three other properties) without hesitation. Can’t go wrong!”

“We had a great stay at Blue Lagoon. The house and the pool were great. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. We had an issue with the water when we arrived and contacted the property manager. We received a response within a minute, and someone was onsite, and the issues was resolved within 10 minutes. Outstanding customer service!! We would definitely book with you again! “Everything was perfect. It felt like home…VERY clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to absolutely everything and the neighborhood was SO quiet. Watercolor is my favorite town on 30A, having access to 9 pools is a huge plus. We spent our time at the pool by the beach…the sunsets are amazing! I really appreciated the open communication with Beth, she reached out once I booked with lots of helpful information and she welcomed questions and made me feel like family staying there. I……

“Staying at the Smith House was a wonderful experience from start to finish! Kelly is a terrific host with great communication skills. She provided useful and comprehensive info on the local area and on restaurant suggestion. Beautiful fresh cut camellias and huge green fronds welcomed us throughout the house. Kelly quickly answered questions that came up for us. And The Smith House is so charming, full of historical references and beautiful art, cozy areas in the home to enjoy. And the location……
