We had the most wonderful time. The codo was beautiful and right on the beach. We couldn't have asked a better place. We will rent this condo in the future. My daughter and I had the best vacation together ❤

Great Vaca

Overall a great experience. Enjoyed ourselves, relaxed, and had wonderful seafood. Would like to say that the closet in the master was locked and when I called they seen where it was locked by owner. That would have been nice to know before hand other than that it was enjoyable.

June 2018 Stay

We had a fantastic time!! Great condo! We had plenty of room and it made the trip so enjoyable! Well taken care of property and felt safe while there! Would definitely stay again! The staff I booked this place through were very friendly and professional the whole time! We probably spent more time on the terrace enjoying the sounds of the waves rolling in with a great view!

Everything was great except the elevators did not work. Took forever to get to the 8th floor! They finally would get one working and the other would break down.

Beautiful place to stay

Condo was beautiful and well kept. Clean and spacious for 6 people. Gorgeous balcony view. The one issue we had was response to quickly and fixed right away. Book That Condo employs extremely nice and helpful. We were asked several times if we were okay and if we needed anything. Would highly recommend and will stay here on our next trip!

Overall good

Overall the condo was really nice and water was beautiful! The living room furniture has stains on it and needs to be replaced. Other than that it was nice. Sunrise Café and Bakery across the street was excellent!!!!!

Just the two of us.

Perfect. 8th floor, not too high. Quick elevators. I loved that both the living room and master bedroom opened to the large balcony. The little Sunrise cafe right across the street had amazing baked goodies and coffee for breakfast. We had a blast, wouldn't change anything.

Nice place

We really enjoyed staying at your property. Great location!! If I had any complaint it would be that the kitchen could have been stocked a little better ex. only one dish towel, no dish cloths nor dish soap, other than dishwasher detergent, and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 6 guests for 4 days. We were told that isn't included due to it being a condo. For the almost 300.00 per night, the least that could have been done was furnish some T.P.

Nice Property but needs new mattresses

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the location and the unit pretty much overall. The only issue we had was the mattresses were awful. The master unit mattress was so bad that we could not sleep in that room. It seemed like it only had box springs for mattresses. We also noticed the cleaning could have been better. The toilets we ended up cleaning once we got there.

One of the best on the beach!

Clean, centrally located WITHOUT BEING CROWDED, beautiful, well maintained unit. Best balcony (without paying exorbitant price for wrap-around). We stayed in 801, an end unit. It had a very large bow-shaped balcony And, the pleasure of being able to see out the side of the building,, down the strip, also. Appliances & furniture looked almost new. Pleasantly decorated. “Book that condo” representatives called shortly after our arrival to see if we needed anything. When I requested a light bulb, they had someone there in short order. The maintenance people were friendly and offered to help with anything else we might need ( which was nothing!). This place is definitely on our “stay again” list!
