HORRIBLE

The condo was dirty, all the dishes were dirty, the dryer was broken which I reported in the first day and no one ever fixed it. We only had 3 towels for 6 guest, no one could help me get more they said to go buy some at the store. When there is any issue no one would help, I kept getting sent to the answering service and they could offer no help. The condo is out of date, the microwave is taped together. The building is huge so that means a lot of people there and only two working elevators The staff was not friendly and the parking garage is confusing as to where to park , I only learned bc another person staying helped. They will tow your car if you are not parked in a yellow spot but they do not tell you that ! The pool is very nice and the location is great !

Great place for a family vacation

We enjoyed our trip! We celebrated our granddaughter 5 th birthday and her first time at the beach. The property is nice. Was upset because we couldn’t get two parking spots just one. That wasn’t listed online!!! Do your research!!! Could have been cleaner my opinion!! OCD person.overall not bad.

Poor quality; not clean

I don’t like that the host only communicates through ziavacationrentals email address rather than VRBO. This should not be allowed unless they are trying to keep certain communications from VRBO. Roaches are present. Dryer doesn’t work but was reported more than 3 months ago per other reviews; host responded quickly on it but acted as though this was new info and said it couldn’t be fixed because the part had to be ordered. Makes me wonder how long it has actually been broken. Staff at resort are not friendly; checkin process was terrible and we seemed to be interrupting the lady’s tv show as she did not answer any questions; just handed us our things and continued watching her iPad. The floors were disgusting on arrival and made our feet black. The kitchen counters still had sticky residue (possibly syrup) from the previous renters. I believe in decorating on a budget if you have to, but for what this room charges, paper stickers all over the walls is a bit much. They used stickers to cover holes in the walls rather than making proper repairs. The pool was fantastic, when it was open. Overall, the location is great, pool was good, parking and everything else was terrible. Absolutely would not recommend this place based on this condo.

Great vacation

Really had a great time here—one of our favorite family trips. Unit is exactly as described. Do be aware that this is a big resort and wait times for elevators during peak times can be tough, but this is a tradeoff for shopping, restaurants, and groceries within easy walking distance. You’ll spend time waiting on an elevator instead of slugging down the Strip, which I consider a fair trade. Pool is fantastic—we barely left the resort in five days

Not Happy

Place was clean . Pool is nice . Was charged additional for parking/ pool access . Then additional per day if you want chairs on the beach . Beach and pool close at 10pm . Several hundred condos here and security claims they watch with binoculars to see who is loud on balconies. Maintenance let themselves into my condo on 3 day of my visit . This was not not scheduled by me and I was was not made aware . They left Sheetrock debris and empty bathroom fan box on floor . I was not left any kind of letter stating anything. I called maintenance # I was provided and was promised a return call , 4 days later I have not . My privacy and personal safety felt threatened after this . No additional inside locks are available while inside the room .

This property is not what we expected. This property is overrated and over priced.

This property at Shores of Panama 1125 had roaches crawling around when we arrived there. It had dead roaches in the refrigerator. Every night roaches were crawling around in the kitchen. The furniture was outdated, it was a very uncomfortable stay!!! The wifi did not work!! We attempted to contact the owner and they seem to not care. We asked the owners for towels and they said they would get housekeeping to come by, and which they never did. There was items left on the balcony and not swept. The furniture had spots and dirty. Also when we arrived we noticed an half empty roach can on top of refrigerator, which tells me they knew they had this problem. Please do not stay at this property.

The view is nice however the condo had roaches. Would never stay there again

I was more worried about the resort than the condo from reading reviews of resort however it turned out resort wasn't bad however the condo was. It had a lot of small little things I could deal with like dryer didnt work, no wash cloths in kitchen, fridge took forever to work. The one thing I cannot deal with is roaches. These weren't water roaches they were the dirty nasty kind. Would never stay here again

Nice unit. Pictures accurate. Nice amenities in unit. Parking is a bit of a bear. The wifi does not really work. The guest room toilet needs repair (water has to be shut off and turned back on in order to flush). On site staff was terrible and made us feel unwelcome. I have been coming to Shores of Panama since about 2010 and the experience has changed drastically. They are not hospitable, but very militaristic in their approach to guests.

Beautiful condo with breathtaking views

There is nothing bad to say about this unit! The own is very responsive and hospitable. We enjoyed the location and the view. I actually let my kids pick out our condo and this was the top pick out of 3 options I gave. I wasn’t sure they would want bunk beds in a hall/cubby, but when we got there, this really like having their own room and bathroom. They just didn’t have a door.it’s cozy! The property is gorgeous and well kept, and the sunsets were exactly as I like (beach view is mom’s fav). Pools are all well maintained. I can only think of one thing which was NOT a big deal. The bathrooms had no washcloths and there wasn’t a towel or washcloth in the kitchen(unless I overlooked). Again, not a huge deal I was not there to clean the kitchen and do dishes... it’s vacation!! We use the small bathroom towel to take place of washcloths. The towels were great quality as well as bedding... again, I prob could have called someone to get a few, but I was busy being on vacation 😁 We will be back! We enjoyed unit 1125!! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great condo with a great view

We had a great time staying here. The condo was nice. My kids loved the pool and the beach. The only issue we had was conflicting info of check in/check out times with the listing and what was relayed to us via the email we received with check in instructions. I was easily able to escape the host for clarification about when we could check in. Otherwise, great stay! Would definitely stay here again.

Elevator wait time was somethimes a 30 minute wait. The parking garage was narrow and slow to get down from the 11th floor.

Wonderful vacation

We really enjoyed our stay in condo1125. It met the needs of our family. I wish we could come back during a less busy time of year. Our condo was not ready on time but we were allowed to bring in our stuff so we could meet up with the other families we were traveling with. We arrived around 5:45 which is well after check-in. No big deal. It could be that the people in front of us didn’t check out in time. The only thing I would recommend changing is the shower curtain in the master bathroom.

Wonderful!!

The property was beautiful, very clean. We didn't have any problems during our stay. We were given contact numbers and email addresses in case we needed anything. The location was perfect. We had a wonderful time and would stay at this property again.

Nice condo/resort

It was a lot more expensive than what I have experienced in the past (for 1 bedroom & 2 baths). But that could be because I booked late. Overall it was good, no issues from our standpoint. Only suggestion I have is there needs to be a plastic liner with the shower curtain in the master bath. A lot of water got on the floor, which we cleaned up each time. However I’m concerned some guests may not clean the water up each time which could eventually cause water damage to the subfloor.
