- We've got you covered on gear - the house comes fully equipped with beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs, and an umbrella. Prefer a different kind of water experience? - Take a leisurely 10-minute walk to the community dock and lake access or check out the community pool that you'll have full access to.

Beach Access ⇨
The Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access, which is the largest public beach access in Walton County, is located just half a mile away and can be easily reached. This access point provides various amenities such as public restrooms, outdoor showers, ample parking, and seasonal lifeguard services.

Other things to note:
- Parking: 2 parking spaces available in front of the home. Street parking is not available.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
- Please note that this home is currently for sale. During your stay, we may ask that you are able to leave the home for a showing. If this happens, we'll provide plenty of notice to make sure you can accommodate the request.
