The gorgeous, sandy white shores the Emerald Coast is renowned for are only a few minutes away and you are less than 1 mile from Florida`s renowned Scenic Highway 30A!

You will feel right at home as you walk through the front door of the residence and enter the open concept, first-floor living space which features a dining table with seating for six, a well-equipped modern kitchen that has a large island with seating for an additional four. To your right is a large family room with a plush, L-shaped sofa that focuses on the wide screen smart television creating the perfect atmosphere for watching the big game or curling up with the family for a movie night. Flanking the coffee table that sits in front of the couch are two oversized chairs that each sit on a swivel allowing you to share a rousing conversation or pivot around to see what’s streaming on the television.

Whether you want to whip up a quick snack or serve up your family’s favorite recipes, the kitchen is a dream, outfitted with quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large center island, all within a bright, social working environment sure to inspire culinary creativity.

At the rear of the home is a door that leads to the backyard where you’ll easily flow from the kitchen to the patio, enhancing the social space with a dining table for eating al fresco, a seating group surrounding a fire pit and a propane gas grill that sits ready for you to grill steaks to perfection. Just inside the door to the outdoors is a hallway that takes you past the laundry room where a pair of floor-to-ceiling doors conceal the full-size washer and dryer. At the end of the hall is the first-floor half bath.

At the end of the day, when you are ready to recharge your batteries head on upstairs where you will find a spacious master bedroom outfitted with a king bed, walk-in closet, a private outdoor balcony and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, granite countertops and a spacious, stand up shower and free standing soaker tub. One guest room is outfitted with a plush queen bed while the other features a set of full over full bunk beds. The guest rooms share a grand common bathroom that features granite countertops, dual vanities and a stand-up shower/tub combination. All bedrooms are equipped with flat panel smart televisions. The home comes with cable television and high-speed wireless Internet service.

“Paradise by the Sea” is only a few minutes walk or an even quicker bike ride to the pristine white sand beaches and crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico – the perfect setting for family swimming and first-time snorkeling. When you are headed out to the water, don’t forget the complimentary beach chairs waiting for you in the garage. 1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
