Great fall break

This my son’s favorite neighborhood for a beach trip. The beach shuttle and amenities at The Village made everything so convenient. And the house was spacious and comfortable.

Met all our needs!

Love the neighborhood and location. The Pilot house slept the six of us very comfortably. Especially enjoyed the large porch - room for everyone to have their own outside space!

Amazing stay!

The house exceeded expectation! The only difficult part was knowing how to register and where to go get pool and beach bracelets. There could be a little more instruction once getting there but the property manager was quick to reply and the house and neighborhood are amazing and beautiful!

Benchmark made booking a breeze and had consistent communication with us throughout the trip. Top notch rental company. The house was clean and location was prime. Close to groceries, restaurants etc. Tram stop right outside the house made it super easy to get to and from the beach. Pool was stunning!! All staff at Seacrest were friendly and inviting. Truly wonderful experience. Will definitely return!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was about as expected. It's not perfect, but that was expected given the price. Needs a little work, as several blinds didn't function properly, sliding pocket doors also not functional, etc. Most disappointing was the responsiveness of Benchmark. We had trouble getting the door to open using the code and reached out to Benchmark via email, phone, and text. Didn't hear back from them for more than 24 hours. Ultimately we got the door open, but without their help. I'd hate to think what would happen in a true emergency.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Pilot House 221 property was as described in the listing and as shown in the photos. The house was clean and well-appointed with plenty of kitchen supplies and other miscellaneous items that came in handy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice and fit our needs well. The location in the Seacrest Beach neighborhood was excellent. The pool can't be beat and the tram service is very helpful for going to the beach, particularly if you have kids and gear to bring. We did not require much service from Benchmark but all interactions were positive. They provided plenty of info ahead of time that answered essentially all questions we might have had. Overall, we were very happy with the property and our stay in general. We will definitely consider this property again and would rent from Benchmark again.

Great Spring Break Vacation

Pilot House exceeded our expectations! The house was the perfect size for our spring break crew. The kitchen is very clean and one of the best equipped I have ever experienced in a rental. All the dishes, bowls, glasses, pots, pans, etc were brand new and clean. It was truly a gift to have everything we needed. The bathrooms have been updated and are clean and beautiful. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. I would 100% stay here again. Close to the pool, and there is a tram stop right outside the front door.

Relaxing stay at Seacrest Beach

The Pilot house at Seacrest beach was perfect for my husband and my getaway. It is a beautiful home, very nicely decorated and located in a great location. There is very little reason to use your car since everything is so close. So many places to eat, listen to live music or to shop. Absolutely great experience and we felt right at home at the Pilot house. Would rent here again! Janice & Tom (Atlanta)
