Excellent property

This house is beautiful, clean, lots of storage, and well equipped. We had a great stay using the outdoor spaces as well as indoor. Not too far from the pool and we had bikes so easily bikeable to all the local communities. Great stay!

Great house!

Loved staying at this house! The tram made it so easy to get around and within walking distance to many restaurants. The house was super clean and even when we had a light out in the bathroom, they fixed it right away. Super great communication and response time!

Perfection

This house was perfect for our family and another! Everything was perfect. Location was great! Just hop on the tram and go to beach! Pool was great! A bit crowded at times but it was good! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beach trip!

Perfect house

Spring Break

Wonderful week in a home perfect for a family with 3 kids. Easy bike ride to the pool and town amenities. The tram to the beach was easy and arrived within minutes of calling to request a ride.

Wonderful weekend!

This home was the perfect place for my sister and our girls to have a girls long weekend at the beach! The home is beautifully decorated and in absolutely pristine condition. The only suggestion we have is a Roku for the tvs because the remotes were a little difficult to figure out!

Rosemary/Seacrest annual vacay

The house fit our large party just right. We have two families and a nanny join. There were minor things that were needed but we messaged the manager and I believe they will take care of those things. Love the location of this house! Can’t wait to go back to Rosemary!!

Awesome place!!

This is an amazing house! Our family of 11 had an incredible week together. The only thing that needs some attention is the bathroom tile could use a good bleaching and the listing says one of the rooms upstairs has two queens and actually has two doubles. We are planning on returning next year for our annual family vacation! Thank you for the opportunity to be able to stay at such a comfortable place.

Family Beach Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at That Summer Feeling. The home was just as it was shown in the photos. Very spacious with the latest design finishes. Rooms and bathrooms were well-appointed and furnished. A nice amount of starter toiletries were provided. The home is a short walk or bike ride to shopping and restaurants. The management company was responsive to inquiries. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again at That Summer Feeling!

The house was perfect for our group. However, VRBO had listed a golf cart as an amenity. We called the management company and they did nothing to accommodate us.

It was ok

When blow drying my hair in the downstairs bath all the lights in the bathroom and bedroom went out. There was not a gfci in the bathroom to reset. That is against code, isn’t it? So we had to go and find the breaker and reset. When the property manager called to check in I told her and she was “happy that you found the breaker” Multiple tvs did not work. The couch had stains on the cushions.

Fall Break Beach Vacation

This property is amazing and renting the property was very easy with one exception. I paid the balance in full at time of booking was was not told that I could not get insurance once I paid the balance. Would have been nice to know this information up front. Everything worked out great in the end. Happy I didn’t need the insurance for any reason.

Cleanliness, amenities to start, the properties have always been above rental standards and the service during stays,Only needed help once, prompt and courteous. This latest vacation was no different. Spotless house, ready for a week with my family. Clear instructions laid out and instructions on who to call if anything else was needed. The service provided is why we continue to book our beach trips with My Vacation Haven and this house, we will be booking again as it fit us perfectly

Wonderful Anniversary

We spent five nights on the property. It was perfect for the 14 people we brought to celebrate our first anniversary. The porches and balconies were wonderful. My favorite amenity was the pool, honestly. The only trouble we had was the communication with property management about getting parking passes and wristbands (which you HAVE to have). It’s no use calling ahead of time to get these. If you call the number on the board in the kitchen, someone from the community will give you what you need. Also, of note, the community will only give you 3 parking passes.
