25th anniversary celebration
I got home today from my week at this property and was so sad. My family and I had a wonderful time and we have no complaints about the house or it’s location. It’s convenient to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The beach chairs were set up by a sweet young man for us daily and that was a nice feature. The house itself was well equipped with everything one could need and very clean. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. The owner had a 3 ring binder organized with anything and everything one might need to know….necessary codes, restaurants and their menus, rainy day activities, locations of items needed for families with little ones, and exactly what to do upon your departure. The lock would not work and I was able to text the owner. He responded quickly and had it repaired. It needed new batteries. He was most helpful. We have absolutely nothing negative whatsoever to say. Beautiful home in a magical place.

Great Time at a Great Place
This was our 3rd year on 30a and our 1st in O’ Happy Days. Had a wonderful week with great weather. This property is very well stock and is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach, about 2 minutes. Access was super easy due to the great communication from the owners. Would definitely stay again and recommend to someone looking to stay on 30a!

Oh Happy Day! You live up to your name!!
Words can not do this place justice. From everything provided by the lovely hosts, to a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, and last but not least the location! Kenny and Rosemary are such wonderful hosts. I really appreciated the little extra touches from beach towels, ocean and beach toys, and more. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful Place
This was our first visit to 30a, but we thought the location was great! It is nestled between some of the busier towns, making it quiet, but easy to get to the hustle and bustle when you wanted to. It was a quick walk to the beach so, though we brought snacks and drinks, it was easy to come back for lunch and/or the bathroom. There are many stairs to get down to the beach, but this is the case all along 30a and were not an issue for us. You must cross 30a to get to the beach, but there is a crosswalk and everyone stops for you. The chairs set up on the beach and the bikes for use were both great. The pool is shared with 8 units and only twice were there other people there with us. We had an appliance issue and the owners were very attentive and were able to quickly have it resolved.

Years of 30A
We have been coming to 30 A/ seacrest for 8 years. We love it. The house was wonderful! Thinking back definitely one of the most functional houses we had. We were a little confused about the actual location/ we thought it was more by Georges/ donught truck. As it turned out we loved the location and beach access even more. Great owners and checked on us while we were there b/c of Corona19. Even offered us help if needed

Perfect location!
Our family enjoyed our stay at Oh Happy Day! It was clean, well decorated and fit our family of 6 perfectly! We had an amazing time on the private beach and appreciated being away from all the congestion of Destin and Panama City. We will be back for our Oh Happy Day!

Great stay in a nicely updated condo with great location.
Nice small condo community with pool. Included 2 bikes and 2 beach chairs directly at the bottom of the stairs. Great location on 30A close to excellent food and shopping.

Family Beach Vacay
This was our first visit to 30A and it did not disappoint! This townhome is beautiful! Love the stylish décor! The location was perfect for my family! This unit is very clean and convenient to everything! Love having the bikes to enjoy! The daily beach chairs and umbrella service was a plus! My girls also loved the pool that was almost always to themselves in the afternoon. Owners were excellent to work with and very accommodating!

A gem on 30A!
Oh Happy Day is a beautiful and well appointed home. Excellent rates and quick access to the beach. Having the beach chairs and umbrella set out each day is wonderful! Love having the bikes to ride and a pool so close to enjoy. The owners are great to work with and made sure we had everything necessary to enjoy a great week away with our family. We will certainly return to Oh Happy Day!

Beautiful home in an ideal location
We had the opportunity to spend spring break with our adult "children" in this beautiful home. It was great to have a bathroom for every bedroom and we prepared many of our meals here in the fully appointed kitchen. Having access to the two beach chairs and two bikes was simply icing on the cake. We rented extra bikes for everyone and enjoyed biking to nearby restaurants at Rosemary and Alys Beach. The location was extremely convenient to the beach, yet out to the fray from the masses of spring breakers at other nearby locations. We would definitely rent this home again in the future!

Very nice
Great location ! Darling townhouse with very nice owners. They responded to all our needs. Just not the ocean view we expected. Loved the two beach chairs that were set up and taken down each day and the bikes !

This townhouse is fabulous!
The townhouse was fabulous. It is exactly as pictured and has everything you need. The location is excellent, the beach is easily accessible, clear waters and uncrowded beaches and with the chairs and umbrella provided make going to the beach easy. The townhouse is private and secluded, the pool is close and not crowded. The owners provided us with a wealth of information prior to our visit and we found everything exactly as they described it. The owners themselves were great to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone and hope to be able to go again!
