Family Thanksgiving at the Beach

Our 3rd stay at Rosemary Beach for our family Thanksgiving Celebration…This location work well for our group of 5 adults and 3 children under 5 years old. Clean, nice gathering spaces and bedrooms. The pool was appreciated by all as well as the convenient location near the center green and shops - and a short walk to the beach.

End of Summer Vacay

My family & I absolutely loved this property. We were super comfortable & also close to the beach. We even had a beach bonfire that I would highly recommend. We will definitely book this home again!!! Thanks for hosting my family!!!!!!

Family reunion

Lovely residence. Quality construction and furnishings. Easy access to beach, shops and restaurants. Having big pool in a large yard was great. Kids loved afternoon pool after a morning at the beach. Would definitely return to Piper's Nest.

Friends&Family Trip

Overall a great place. The pool was large, and proximity to Rosemary beach shops/restaurants was very convenient. The beds/bedding were all very comfortable. Bring blackout options if you have kids that need it! We wish beach chairs/towels were included given how much we were spending on the rental. Also, no brooms, vacuum, or cleaning supplies were provided - which made it difficult to keep the house as clean as we would have preferred during our stay.

Pipers Nest

The house was lovely and very conveniently located. The pool area was definitely a major plus. The children enjoyed swimming before and after the beach and the shade was a welcome alternative to the sun. We had an issue with one of the showers to which the property manager responded immediately. Repairs were completed the next morning. My rating would have been five stars if not for the inconvenience of only having 2 beach access cards for 3 families. For a house of this size we felt one card for each adult bedroom would be much more appropriate. Someone was constantly stranded at home or on the beach without a card.

Piper's Nest

It was VERY hot upon our arrival on Saturday and had to get someone to come take a look at the AC unit upstairs. (They were there from 11:00-1:00 at night) A part had to be ordered and would not be installed until after our week was over. VERY disappointing to pay a premium and have 6 hot adults and 3 children under the age of two. The downstairs unit worked thank goodness as that is where the kids and 4 of the adults were staying. Also, there was a strong oder under the small sink in the kitchen. The only price adjustment was made was 10% off the entire cost of the stay which was also disappointing as it is July in Florida. We made the best of our stay as we had all traveled over 8 hours to be together but again this was VERY disappointing.

Great location

Corner house directly across from the Green says it all. The house is well maintained and you are a short walk to the beach via the D access point. Highly recommend. Our family had a great stay

Lovely House and Great Location

We really enjoyed this property. Great front balcony to overlook the ongoings of 30A. The courtyard is spacious and fun to relax and hang out in. The den kitchen and bedrooms were all very comfortable and well appointed. The only critique is that the master bedroom has glass doors. This can be challenging if you like a dark bedroom like myself. Otherwise everything was very nice and it was a lovely rental.

Great for a large family/group

Had a great time at Piper’s Nest! The property worked really well for our group of two families with children and grandparents. The smaller office/study room off of the kitchen/living area with a daybed was the perfect place for our 11 month old - with a sound machine on he was never disturbed. Thanks for a great week!

Great property! Very private pool area.

House was super nice and laid out well. Very spacious indoor and outdoor areas. Just a couple of things could have made it better - the air conditioning had a hard time keeping it cool upstairs. The thermostat won’t lower below 70 and the upstairs bedroom was too warm to sleep comfortably. - the light in the powder bathroom didn’t work and maintenance was unable to fix it.
