This magnificent, four-story luxury home is perfect for family vacations, retreats, and reunions, 3400 square feet of living space with 2 primary suites and 2 additional guest rooms. (Sleeps 14!) The crown jewel of the home is its stunning rooftop deck – a picturesque view that offers breathtaking views of the Gulf. Golf cart, bikes, and beach gear are a special bonus in this home.

This space is great for starting your day off peacefully with a coffee while watching the sunrise, taking in some midday sun or ending your day with a cocktail while watching the unbelievably colorful 30a sunsets! It's truly a special feature that allows guests a place for relaxation while hearing the Gulf waves or an ultimate entertainment area that can easily accommodate your entire group.

- Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access: (3 min drive or golf cart ride) the largest public beach access in Walton County, is located just half a mile away and can be easily reached. This access point provides various amenities such as public restrooms, outdoor showers, ample parking, and seasonal lifeguard services.
- Phillips Inlet Beach Access - (0.6 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on 'N Walton Lakeshore Drive', and that runs you right in to the beach access.
- Lupine Beach Access - (0.9 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on 'N Walton Lakeshore Drive', and that runs you right into the beach access at Phillips. Lupine is located at the end of Walton Magnolia Ln.
Other things to note:
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles. No street parking
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
