2023 fondren family vacation

Great family vacation!

The house had everything we needed and more for our family. The private pool and private beach was a huge bonus. Leisha was so quick to answer any questions and so kind. We hope to come back next year!

Family reunion

Our family gathered at Teddy’s Heaven for a wonderful week together! Everyone loved the house, from youngest to oldest. It had a great view of the beach and it was easy to walk across the street to it. We enjoyed the additional refrigerator, ice machines, and laundry facilities. When we had a few questions, our host was quick to respond. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely Amazing!!

This place is absolutely amazing! Everything was super clean and the owners were very helpful in showing us how to use everything. Not to mention the closeness to the private beach. We will definitely be back to this house!

Loved this place!

This house was perfect for our group of 19. The owner actually met us upon arrival and showed us around the house. The house was absolutely beautiful and met all our needs. The owner was easily accessible throughout the week to answer any of our questions. The only downside is the road directly in front of the house is quite busy at times.

Teddy’s Heaven is for Real!

This house offered everything and beyond to make our vacation on PCB perfect! Spacious and comfortable rooms, ample bathrooms, and an amazing kitchen were just a start! The proximity to the private beach, the outdoor spaces, garage for storage of beach items are h just a few of the amenities! And the view was spectacular!!! We are already planning to return.

Very beautiful house

The house is absolutely beautiful. The decor, furniture… just beautiful. Our group loved the hot tub, ice, crock pot! We did a big grill night - thank you for the grill!!! We loved sitting on the balcony, on the beautiful Polywood. Thank you so much.

Fantastic Family Beach House

We’ve been doing family reunions in PCB for 15 years. Our first time staying at this house and we were all impressed with the thought and quality that went into everything. The owners were incredibly easy to work with. We had an issue with the hot tub and they showed up within five minutes to fix it…in the pouring rain! The house and location were great. Busy street but easy private beach access. Fantastic experience.

Perfect Vacation!!

This home was amazing! The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was very clean! The pool was great for the kids and the adults! The beach was literally across the street, with a private entrance. The beach was perfect! The white sand was never hot. I was afraid it would be difficult to cross the busy road with our large group of kids, but we had no issues! People were friendly and stopped for us as soon as the saw us. This was a great location for shopping. I seriously can not say enough good about this house, it is the best we have ever rented. The host answered all questions very quickly. They were so helpful and gracious. We will definitely be back!

Indy Braves Softball Trip

This house had it all!!! We had 20 people and there was plenty of room. The owners/builders cut no corners in this amazing house. The extra refrigerators, commercial ice machine, the pool, the beach…. I could go on and on. The owners were awesome to work with and we’re always a text away if we needed anything. Thank you for a great week. We hope to rent again soon

Very lovely stay.

We stayed for a week here and thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and amenities of this beach house. It was very easy to communicate with the owners as they were there to let us in personally and give us a tour of the house and pointed out all the hidden amenities of the place. She was available throughout the week if there was a problem. Three floors and 5 plus bathrooms allowed plenty of room for the 16 members of my family and extended family. The very easy access of the beach was reason enough to rent this place. The beach house was so very nice and clean, if I owned it it would be hard for me to rent it out. I would live there. I personally enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub every day. Others did as well but I liked to stay at the pool daily. It was very clean. Overall, we all had a wonderful week that I enjoyed with my family in a beach house that was a home away from home.

Felt like royalty!

This house & set up is absolutely amazing! From when you 1st walk in, you can visibly see how much love was put into the property! Nothing was scaled back on because it is a rental! This clean property offered only the best! The bedrooms are wonderful, the furnishing are beautiful, the showers are WOW! The fully equipped kitchen is perfect! We loved the extra counter fridge for drinks & used the built in for food. The Wolf stove/oven was so nice! The under counter ice maker was extra special! Having a fringe & ice maker in the garage was also helpful! (plus the garage has a/c!) 2 laundry rooms were wonderful to have! We opted out of the elevator (our legs could use the extra exercise!) The pool/hot tub was so awesome with the layout & lighting, plus it was shaded during the hottest part of the day! We especially enjoyed the SONOS system to listen to our music inside & outside! The bikes were a nice added touch to explore the area instead of walking! We LOVED being directly across from the oceanfront entrance (private!)...and the sand DOES NOT GET HOT!!!! The beach was so awesome! I cannot think of any downside to this property. People were kind in letting us get out of the drive. It WAS busy on the road, but quite comical to watch the traffic & "lapping" that took place EACH night! They could be noisy at times, but you couldn't hear much when inside the house. The owners were always available (& met us upon arrival to show us around...very helpful!) & were pleasant to talk with! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!

Amazing Property

We rented this location for a friend's bachelorette party and everything was better than advertised. Amazing view of the private beach right across the street. The home was beautifully decorated and had tons of space for a larger group. The property team was amazingly responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub and they same day delivered a new coffee machine when the existing one did not work. Highly recommend this location for your stay!

Spring Trip

We had the most amazing time at this house! Not one complaint about the property it worked perfectly for our group of 20 girls. The amenities were even better than we expected & the proximity to the beach was amazing. Our favorite part was the whole house being equipped with surround sound it made for the most enjoyable vacation
