Greatest location in PCB

We love staying at this resort. First time in this unit. The hot water knob on the master bath tub was a little wonky but nothing major. Had a great time & will be booking again when we make another trip to PCB.

Do not stay here

Condo is beyond filthy! Linens have stains, asked for new ones and those had stains. Called multiple times to have the condo cleaned, was told people came out and cleaned. They did not, husband was in condo when they supposedly came out. Called again and still nothing. Lots of promises. Sofa sleeper was broken and left half out. If the husbands hadn’t put in back in, we would not have had a place to sit.

Good location

The location was great, check-in/out was super easy, there was a good amount of space in the condo, and the staff were great. We got to check in early also. However, the master bedroom mattress was completely shot. It was so uncomfortable. We had to sleep on the couches all week, which weren't comfortable either. The single bed in one bedroom was also bad. The sink clogged in the bathroom, and we didn't put anything down it to clog it. The a/c wasn't working when we arrived, but they got it working. It also wasn't cleaned well. We felt the condo was a little dirty. There were plenty of towels and bedding. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need. The elevators in the building are super slow, have no air circulation, and for the number of people in these buildings, there are not nearly enough elevators. You have to wait quite a while. The decor is dark and the furniture is too big, especially in the master. Needs updating. For the almost $4000 we paid for a week, i expected more, cleaner, and nicer. Probably won't stay there again.
