Beautiful condo and beach views

What an excellent location, beach views, close proximity to restaurants and stores! This condo is very spacious with comfortable beds and lovely furnishings. Well equipped with beach things including toys, shovels, nets, umbrella, chairs and a wagon to haul all these things. Loved the natural habitat of dunes, protected wildlife and a private beach!

Incredible views at every turn

Incredible ocean views. Sand dunes of sugar white and emerald green blue water did not disappoint! The grounds were just beautiful, so much exploring. We loved our boardwalk walks to the pools and Gulf. Our condo was so fresh and airy. We will definitely be booking 425a over and over

Amazing! Worth Every Penny!

This property is amazing. The pictures don’t do the view justice at all. The master bedroom is its own wing. The beds are cozy. The kitchen has everything you need. I just can say more about this property… Oh, wait… Did I mention the view?! :-)

Quiet stretch of 30A

We loved this peaceful area of 30A. It wasn't packed like most of the other beach areas. The condo itself is well stocked and very nice. We had teenagers with us and they had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The loved biking to the hub for coffee and ice cream. The condo has a great stock of bikes, beach towel, starter pack and beach chairs. The only downside is the walk to the beach is far. The dunes are expansive at this part of the beach. We really enjoyed our week stay at this condo.

Amazing views

The property is beautiful; the setting, decor, etc. my biggest issue is the beach walk closest to the condo (which was supposed to be used) was not accessible the entire visit because of the lake. There should be a bridge walkover like the others have in order to walk to the beach. We had to take a long route to another walk over to go to the beach. The walk was nice but not considered “steps” to the beach. The other issue was the AC. The sign said not to set the AC lower than 70 degrees because it could freeze up. The master bedroom stayed warm due to all the windows in there. We had to use the fan they had available. The bicycles they had for us were great but the code they gave us for the locks didn’t work. I called the office and they were prompt about coming out to fix it. All in all, it’s a lovely place but there are some issues that need to be addressed.

This condo is gorgeous and has the most spectacular views! Condo was clean and well stocked. We loved the location and being able to walk/bike to The Hub. Property amenities were wonderful as well. We will definitely rent again!

Beautiful space. Perfect size for our family.

So lovely having coffee on the deck every morning. It is a hike to the beach- I wish the designers of the dune walks would have consulted me first. ;-). I don’t want to belabor this point as it isn’t the fault of the property owner and I’m sure the design took into consideration the preservation of the beautiful dunes. Always love 30A and this property could not have been more comfortable.

Amazing View, Beautiful!

The condo was spacious and beautiful. The best part about the condo is the view…amazing views from the living, master and guest bedrooms. We sat on the porch for our morning coffee after a walk on the beach each day, and had dinner on the porch each evening. The furniture was updated compared to the photos on vrbo; modern decor, lovely. Dune Vacation Rental was super easy to work with and Laura was extremely helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. The property was well maintained, and the setting was soooorelaxing. When at the pool, we noticed sound from a few other condos near the pool (music, loud talking) but that sound from didn’t carry to our condo, which was great. We were there during a busy week but it was quiet compared to other parts of Watersound. We loved the beach. Overall, a perfect vacation. Highly recommend.

Family Beach Getaway

Our overall goal was to have a place that gave us a perfect uninterrupted view of the beach and this condo did exactly that. Morning coffee on the balcony with the sound of the ocean and the view was the perfect way to start the day. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. Management was very approachable with any questions we had. The condo comes with three great beach chairs, a beach wagon and three bikes. We rented two umbrellas and two chairs that were set up for us by the chair rental company and waiting for us each morning on the beach. It was a perfect set up with the three chairs that came with the condo. The beach at the condo is lovely and only used by the condo owners/condo renters so feels very private. The dunes in front of the condos are protected so there are two boardwalks to get from condos to beach that bypass the dunes. As in any beachfront rental in this area it is about 1/2 mile to walk from condo to beach so the beach wagon comes in very handy. The pool just outside the condo is also very pretty with comfortable loungers and two grills that can be used at any time.....first come, first serve. Perfect family beach vacation!

The best view on 30A!

We loved the condo, and were surprised to find beautiful new leather and marble furniture when we arrived (the photos on this site show different furnishings). The view from the living room, the balcony, and the 2 master bedrooms is a beautiful panorama of the surf and the dunes. We loved the privacy of the beach and at times were some of the only people out there, and we appreciated how close the condo was to the Hub. We enjoyed the bicycles available during our stay, as well as the pool. We will definitely return!
