My only complaint was that the outside furniture and sunroom furniture were a little worn and dirty so we didn’t use them. The condition of the courtyard was a little rough as well. I realize it was early in the season but it would have been nice to enjoy these spaces more. The rental complany was awesome and always quick to respond.

The beds were comfortable, the house was outfitted well, the beach was hardly more than a minutes walk and the city center was also walkable. The only feedback is that the coffee table is a little wobbly and one of the bikes had a loud clicking sound when ridden. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful home, great location.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ahava cottage in Rosemary beach. There were 6 of us, and we spent our days at the Rosemary Beach tennis club. This location was very convenient to the tennis courts, and to local restaurants. We were able to walk to dinner each night. The house was beautiful and well equipted. We had MORE than enought room for the 6 of us. The owners were excellent to work with. Responsive and friendly. We would love to stay here again, if we return to Rosemary Beach. Thanks you!

Serenity and character

We chose Brighton Cottage in Rosemary for our annual couples trip to Fla panhandle, and we’ve stayed for last 10 years or so in Destiny By The Sea, a nice private gated community in the middle of Destin. Our group decided to try a new locale this year and boy are we glad we chose Brighton in Rosemary! We loved the serene atmosphere of the community overall, and the shops/restaurants and amenities (pools, courts, bike/jogging paths etc) are great. The mature trees, fabulously manicured common greens and pathways, and parks create a special ambiance. Brighton Cottage was well appointed, super clean, and very close to the beach walk-overs. We really enjoyed morning coffee on the screened porch on the front, and the privacy of the back patio. Compared to many other homes we’ve rented, Brighton is in better shape and you can tell the owner and mgmt company are diligent about keeping everything looking fresh, in great working condition, and inviting. Our group took advantage every day of the 4 bikes that come with the house, as well as the walking/jogging paths. The check-in and checkout procedures were very easy, and the mgmt company was super communicative, very proactive to make sure everything was to our liking, and extremely responsive when we had one small question. Everyone in our group was very pleased we made the switch to Rosemary and Brighton Cottage…we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was just perfect for what we needed. Comfortably fit three families. The home was beautiful and clean. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We loved all of the empty baskets we could use to help organize our things/ use for laundry. The walk to the beach and the coquina pool was much closer than you would expect based on the map. The area was much quieter than our previous stays a little closer to town. Overall it was great! The only thing to mention and it is by no means a criticism but information for others booking the house- the living space on the first floor is a little tight. There are a lot of other spaces in the home to spread out so it was not an issue but if you were hoping to have one room for everyone to hang out in it might feel crammed. I would also advise downloading the welcome information ahead of time! There is no cell service in Rosemary and we were unable to load the info link to get the wifi password so just be prepared. There was a very quick response time when texting the property manager for the wifi info --- but that was just hoping the text would go through without service! Maybe it would be worth printing that info and having it framed at the home! Thank you for a wonderful stay!! We will be back!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has a lot of potential. While the linens and the kitchen countertops were clean, the floors needed to be washed. There was no sand or visible dirt, but our socks and feet were black after just a short time in the house. The property is promoted as 6 bedrooms - please note that two bedrooms have little to no window coverings. The third floor cannot effectively be used as a bedroom as a result. Also, many of the window coverings were broken or in very worn state. The location is amazing - so close to the beach or pool that you can pop home if you forgot something.

Great location, good for families

We have stayed at this property before and it is great! The location across from the park is great with kids and close walk to the beach access that has ramps so good for wagons and strollers. The property is in a quiet area that is well regulated for spring breakers that may be loud/unruly at night. The rental company was very responsive - had an internet issue and they resolved within a few hours of my text and fixed the problem. We hope to stay again!

Also there are only 2 bathrooms that 5 bedrooms would use upstairs. It really needs at least 1 more bathroom. Other than that, it’s great!

Spring Break with young teens

Excellent location and beautiful home which was even larger in person than we expected. We walked to restaurants and shops every day. Short walk to the beach and pool. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Our young teen boys had plenty of room to stretch out in the upstairs loft. When we had an issue with the gas grill not starting the property manager helped us right away. Would definitely stay here again. In regards to Rosemary Beach during spring break ... there is an 8 pm curfew for anyone under 18, a lot of police and security guards patrolling the neighborhood at all hours, and a large police RV parked in the main square to detain rowdy youth.

Our family had a great time there. Perfect location. Close to the beach. The kids playground was right next to us which made it very handy. We used the 4 bikes available to cruise around during the day. The place was very clean and had all the amenities you needed. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brighton Cottage is in a superb location in Rosemary Beach. The house itself is begging for basic cleaning and maintenance. It's likely a cash cow for the owners, but they should invest in repainting, cleaning, and generally keeping the house aligned with the vision in the property's description. The grill did not work, several lights were out including the appliance lights, and the window shades were ratty. Generally, this property has a great location, but its decor is dated and is begging for some standard care.

Great September Stay

Location is great especially with a toddler...kid's park is in front of house, only a block to the pool and a block to the beach. Management is very communicative and helpful.
