“The experience staying at Pool Villa Club is awesome. We arrive early at noon and they let us check in right away. They decorate everywhere inside the house with fresh flowers from the garden. The lagoon swimming pool is magnificent. My family spending lots of time swimming and relaxing at the poolside. The house is extremely spacious and the sunset at the beach right next to the Villa is memorable. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Lombok next time.”

“The hotel is a bit tired and the beach is not the best but the service from the staff was excellent. Breakfast was good and varied. It was good value for money for the price paid. I would go back there again. ”

The only bad things is that there a not many restaurants near and sadly it smelled of smoke in our room. Although we would definitely recommend it.”

“I would NOT recommend staying here. The hotel is not on the beach at all the first picture is not a picture of anything you can see from the hotel. We were a group so we had 3 rooms booked and all 3 had mold in the bathroom, doors to outside that do not close all the way at the top, extremely dirty curtains. The bathroom was really disgusting and dirty. We also saw 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. There’s also no good parking there and the swimming pool is not even available. We had 2 nights……
