「We’ve payed around 5000 dollars to enjoy 3 days and 2 nights, considering that we were star class, the check-in process was fine, they explained us our benefits, etc… During this period of time, the food was awful. 「This hotel deserves zero stars if that were an option. It was a terrible experience, and here’s why:
1. Outdated Facilities: The roof appears to have been neglected for years, and the overall condition of the facilities is poor.
