Enjoy a pleasant stay in this charming studio, well decorated and equipped to meet all your needs:

Main room: A convivial space with a convertible sofa bed, a TV and a dining table. The whole creates a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for relaxing.

Open kitchen: Well-equipped, the kitchen is fitted with hobs, microwave, toaster and Nespresso machine.

Bathroom: Spacious and practical, it includes a shower, hairdryer and a welcome kit with shower gel and shampoo.

Toilet: The toilet is located in the bathroom.

Additional amenities: Wi-Fi access included, bed linen and towels provided for each guest.

Additional information: The studio is located on the 1st floor without a lift.

The studio is entirely at your disposal, you have access to the whole studio.

Arrival is autonomous thanks to a 24/7 arrival guide.

However, if you arrive after 11 p.m., it is crucial that you read and carefully follow the self-guided arrival guide provided. This will ensure trouble-free access to the property and avoid any inconvenience during check-in. Best for Short Stays

Simple place, and very clean. The bednwas comfortable and very warm and cozy. Yet not good for long stays. I stayed a week and the bar downstairs was quite loud at night. I wish there was a cutting board, a sharp knife, cups with handles to hold hot tea and coffee. The tv was hard to operate, so I just used my laptop. The neighborhood was kinda scary. First time in Montrueil. The neighborhood is undergoing changes, so it may be better later in the year.
