Make yourself at home in this phenomenal 1-bedroom Park City retreat. This cozy condo features a king bedroom, 2 bathrooms with showers, and a comfortable living room with a sofa bed.
Parking: Underground private parking with a designated spot. Stay connected with WiFi. Right next door is the Club House with fitness room, party room and pool area with Hot Tub. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and dryer right in your condo. The Condo has Airconditioning for your comfort. Enjoy all that Park City has to offer when you stay at our place. Located on the Golf course right out the patio door. Fantastic views.
The free bus stops just across the street. It is also a short walk to the First-Time ski lift at Park City Mountain Resort- If you do not want to walk, the bus will take you to the resort center, shopping, and main street area with delicious restaurants and activities to try.
Summer: enjoy biking, hiking, golfing out your back door and free concerts in the area along with Farmers market on Wednesdays and Silly Market on Sundays. (Both Walking distance.)
Winter: cross country skiing right out your back door, walk down the street or take the free bus to Park City Mountain Resort for skiing and winter activities.

Cute condo loft in an amazing location

This is a LOFT condo in a great location. Great for a single or a couple. Nicely kept inside, good kitchen, nicely designed bathrooms. Location can't be beat: walking distance to the Eagle lift in Park City Mountain is maybe five minutes. Good connections from buses on the main street, or the bus outside that comes every 30 minutes. The club house next door is a great addition, with a spacious hot tub, heated pool and a sauna.

Great place walking distance to the slopes

Clean, good size, quiet, loft style condo at 3 kings. Open kitchen, living, dining area and full bathroom on 1st floor. Bedroom and 2nd bathroom in upper loft space. Covered parking. Ski Lift is about 5 minutes walk. Old town is 25 minutes walk or 10 minutes by bus. Bus stop a block away. Hot water can run out after long shower. Condo doesn't get direct sunlight. Would have liked more space to hang things as there is no closet.Would stay here again.

Great apartment - walking distance to Park City base

Gorgeous - clean - new - amazing location. Please note - this is a loft one bedroom, so limits privacy if traveling as a family. Only issue is that hot water ran out pretty quickly - we spaced out our showers. But otherwise, this place is a GEM. We also loved the amenities (hot tub, pool, sauna, etc.). Don't think twice about booking this great place :)
