「I arrived in this hotel with high expectations, knowing that it is closer to the event. As myself and my husband walked in the room,my heart was broken, because of the stain visibly on the floor ,in the living room. 「Hi, I'm satisfied my stay and all your attitude. I can feel the staff very welcome us. I appreciate and highly recommended to stay.
