“The motel was very quiet, clean and walking distance to airport. My only complaint is they are understaffed. I would definitely stay here again. .”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub didn't look as though they were maintained regularly, so we didn't use them. Many of the rooms are non-smoking, but there is a table with an ashtray just outside where people were smoking close to the non-smoking rooms. Staff was nice and helpful. Irene was kind enough to show us inside the suite as we had asked about it and it was not booked that day. The suite looked very spacious. Overall the Edgewater Inn seemed to be a reasonable value.”

“Nice kitchen, but without pots and knife and forks, which makes the kitchen useless unless customers bring along their own pots to cook.”

“Great B&B! Very clean, very nice. Great breakfasts. Connie is a great hostess; we enjoyed talking with her and the other guests at breakfast. She is very knowledgeable about the area and gave us a couple of great tips for places to see. My sister joined us for one night -- she was not on the original reservation -- Connie accomodated her in our room and for breakfast at no extra cost. Highly recommend this place.”

“The place was well thought out, attention to detail showed. even the small things were perfect -like the two "kisses" on the bed when we arrived. The people of Clovis also made the stay amazing! I would recommend this to others.”
