"Great room, clean, and quiet property. The pool was well maintained as were the common grounds and outside areas. The staff were very kind and helpful. It was a pleasure. Only improvement would be to add a laundry area but there is a laundry mat under half a mile away so no worries."

"This house is in a super handy spot! Close to the university, and on the crested butte side of town. We had plenty of space for all of us. Well stocked home with everything we needed.
