"Booked here because of the indoor pool, which was closed. Disappointed. There was garbage all over in front from one of the garbage cans & still like that the next day. Horrible loud guests until 3 am, which I complained about 3 times & it took 3-4 calls each time to get the front desk to answer & nothing was done about it & smelled marijuana. Traveling with a child & got no sleep & no swim. "

"Awful. Chlorine smell on one side of the hotel. Didn’t even stay for breakfast because the rooms were dirty including the bathroom. We changed rooms and at the same price the room had less stuff like furniture. There was an offer to have us switch rooms for a third time but no offer for an upgrade or points. They wouldn’t even see the rooms and clean them because they said the cleaning staff went home. Old and dusty fixtures and furniture. Torn ottomans in the lobby. Just an awful mess of a hotel."

"The beds were not the best this time smells and stains on all of the bedding including the pillowcases fitted sheets EVERYTHING We had to strip the beds, disinfect them then make the beds from scratch. The htel hostess was nice enough to bring us clean bedding so we tipped her"

"This location is prime. Walkable to catch a cave or guardians game. Restaurants are plentiful around. Only issue I had room 217 was terrible. Heard like every shower or toilet flush from adjacent rooms from above or below. Guess that’s where the piping runs so tough to sleep hearing that go off every so often. Was able to tolerate since it was just a quick stay. But staff was friendly and attentive."
