"Pool & hot tub are nice. Staff very nice. But no amenities at all. No free breakfast, no snacks of any kind, not even microwaves in the rooms, just a (very small) fridge. Just dont feel it's worth it for the money we pay for the room."

"Breakfast was very good! Many options to select from. It is an older building. Accessible shower in bathroom was new . Other work needs to be done. Parking was safe but a little awkward getting into from side street. Staff at front desk was excellent and assisted me with wifi. She also secured an important backpack that my husband had to pick up. "

"AC does not work only blew out hot air and windows do not open. Bed sheets were not changed. Elevators do not work. Bathroom not cleaned."

"Rooms are specious clean and kitchen is good. Do not expect any assistance from the staff, they don’t even pick up calls. I was told that if I needed fresh towels, I had to carry the used ones to the front desk myself. Housekeeping was only offered once during a 7-day stay, and that too only after I asked. There were also numerous instructions about disposing of our own trash."
