“I easily give 5-stars; it has brand-new cozy and stylish rooms, also it is surrounded by such beautiful, rich history right outside your door. Staff is very friendly and professional. The Paris-Londres cobblestone streets added beautiful colonial charm ; as it is located in the Santiago’s centre , you are steps away from some of Santiago's best attractions, like the Centro Cultural Palacio de La Moneda and the National Library. “The room was great for a solo traveler like myself, but was large enough to accommodate 2 if necessary. For anyone needing some peace and quiet when relaxing in the room will not be disappointed, as the walls are thick and the city itself is quiet even when traffic is heavy outside. The host was gracious and expedited any small issues I ran into. I WILL stay with Santa Rosa Spot by Andes+ again.”

“This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up.
