「The room was great for a solo traveler like myself, but was large enough to accommodate 2 if necessary. For anyone needing some peace and quiet when relaxing in the room will not be disappointed, as the walls are thick and the city itself is quiet even when traffic is heavy outside. The host was gracious and expedited any small issues I ran into. I WILL stay with Santa Rosa Spot by Andes+ again.」

I highly recommend as it is freshly made each morning. All of the staff were great and extremely helpful. Laurice and Catalina were there and they were the absolute best! Next time I visit Chile I will choose this location again!」

「This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up.
