“Location and service are great. Swimming pool conditions is good and enjoyable. (just late 15 mins to open in the morning)”

“The hotel is good. However, the bus shuttle from the airport to the hotel was not there after waiting for 35 min.”

“Excellent in service, facilities, cleaniness and environment. Very big gym with barbell and plenty of cardio machines. Room is not soundproof. I could hear snoring from next door in the middle of the night. Just 15 min drive to airport. A bit far away from city centre, though there are bus stops and taxi station nearby. Overall nice experience!”

“Good and safe place to stay. Breakfasts is delicious and good service of staff”

“Convenient location, nice staff”

“Far from city and metro station around 10 mins walk to metro station. Not a business or tourist district, only housing buildings. Nothing to shop or eat around the area. The hotel is quite good, especially free offer refreshments including drinks coffee beer, wine, soda, popcorn cake salad, etc everyday to every guests. Breakfast very nice and delicious and healthy. serving staff (Emedia and the cooking guy) very professional and attentive. The room is spacious and comfortable.”

“The cleaning ladies are very diligent and caring to visitors. The only thing I really don’t like is that when I arrive in the morning after long flight and will stay for 4 days they say the early check in will charge euro 49. I thought it’s fair and then I decline it. However when I checked out I saw a same situation and the desk voluntarily ask the customers to come back in an hour and the room will be ready in the morning. It’s differing treatment which makes me feel unfairly treated ”
