"Awesome luxury resort! Great amenities included, our favorite part was being able to walk a few feet into a coral preservation area where the fish diversity was amazing. Would come back again."
"It was clean and very nice condos at a small resort. The beach was amazing and you could walk to a lot of hotel restaurants nearby (Ocean Club West, Seven Stars…). The front desk, Sherman, and maids were very nice and extra accommodating. It was nice to have a restaurant on the property but the wait staff was not as eager to help. It would have been bonus to deliver to the pool area and maybe even the beach. There was happy hour every night but drinks were still $8+ ($16-$18 regular). Overall good stay."
"This hotel is good, especially for the price compared to other expensive hotels across the street. They painted the hallways and repaired the pool several days during our trip so this was a slight inconvenience. Our rooms were cleaned every day, however there was always sand on the floors and the sheets felt like they had sand as well. Housekeeping was hit or miss, especially with supplying the proper amount of towels and replacing toilet paper and Kleenex. We kept having to ask for these items. The arrangement for receiving pool towels was a little awkward. You can only get one towel at a time and have to turn it back in to receive a new towel or a towel card. I'm assuming they must have had issues in the past with guests taking towels and not returning them...? The daily breakfast was nice and we really appreciated being able to have fresh cold water all day long. The pool is difficult to get into because the handrail is very low. You have to bend way down to reach it and it's awkward getting in and out. Consider replacing these with higher handrails and add padding so they aren't so hot to touch. The temperature in the pool was very warm, especially in the afternoon so consider using the pool early, otherwise it's like bath water. Having restaurants on the property was very nice. Skull Rock was awesome and the drinks were amazing!"
"My stay here was absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed our stay. The Tides is a small luxury lodging frfr and thats what I truly liked about it. It was so quiet. A while vibe. We stayed in the downstairs unit with the patio that opened to the pool. Now if you decide to stay this year (2026), be mindful that there is a large hotel being built behind them. The construction was during the day ONLY. At night it was just sounds of nature and the water. The walk to the beach is literally a 3 min walk. Bay Bistro is right behind Tides and has some amazing food. Brenda the Manager, is a JOY. The grounds crew worked effortlessly to keep the property looking nice. More so due to the debris from the construction of the new hotel behind it. But the crew did an amazing job while we were there. No it is not an all inclusive but it is a PERFECT getaway spot for Turks. The room was stunning, and I cant stress this enough. The interior was calming, minimalistic and welcoming. I checked out a bike and rode to the store to stock the fridge for our stay to ease spending of restaurant food. The bike ride was about 7min each way. Oh if you arrive early you have to check out the Thursday Fish Fry. So good. Its walking distance from the hotel (literally down the street)."
"The Staff at this Hotel were exceptional and made our stay exceptional! From the front desk, morning coffee at the restaurant, lunch by the beach, the young men setting up our day at the beach and the staff that tended our rooms, all were wonderful and went out of their way to make everything perfect! The beach is lovely! We so enjoyed having a delicious lunch at the restaurant located steps from our beach chairs! Yummy salads and sandwiches and again, lovely staff there!! Can’t thank everyone enough! We can only hope to come back!!"
"The staff was excellent and helpful. The food was delicious. The beach was maintained and cleaned daily. The resort has bikes for you to use, my husband and I used them several times to beach hop around the resort. This resort has a sister resort on Grace Bay that you are able to visit and use the beach and eat at the restaurants and buffet. Highly recommend the Blue Haven Resort!"
