「Enjoyed a weekend away in Davis, WV. Was a ladies getaway to get out and hike and see some waterfalls and we did! The condo at Beaver Ridge was in the perfect location to all the spots to explore. Easily accessible and enjoyed the two bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. The kitchen held all we needed. And the porch was lovely in the mornings as we drank our coffee. We loved the selection of books and puzzles for the evening hours.」

「The moment I arrived at the site, even though it was dark and drizzling at 10 pm, I knew it was special. The frogs were singing and it was so beautiful. Larry brought me to the site even though it was so late. In the morning, I could not believe my eyes at the sun coming over the incredibly blue lake. 「The location is BEAUTIFUL. This place has everything you need and more to be snowed in. Fireplace, board games, grill, plenty of pots, pans etc. We lucked out and got 8+ inches of snow over the course of the four nights we were there. I see other reviews about the place being dirty and I don’t agree. This place was super clean. My only complaint(and I’m really being picky here) is maybe have a couple extra pillows for the beds. I give this place 9 outta 10 stars. Absolutely would come back....

「We had such a great time with our 3 grandson's and a great grand daughter. We all went trout fishing. We only caught one and some of us went into the water and got totally soaked. They soon found out how cold the water was. LOL We love the WV. MOUNTAINS!! It is so beautiful. Thank you for letting us stay at your cabin.」

「Grass was very high some places up to our knee. Mold on house and inside smell. Toilet didn’t work. Bathtub was filthy. We didn’t even stay the night we left. TV didn’t work. No check in communication with owner when we checked in the campground didn’t even know we was coming . Walls were dirty.」

「The views from Jim's property are AMAZING! The entire setting is an experience you must have at least once! At every glance inside Jim's house you will discover pieces he has collected from all over the world. It is truly a gift he is sharing with anyone who stays. The house was clean, well equipped, fully stocked and packing up and leaving was a breeze. Would definitely return!」
